What
is
MUSA?
MUSA,
the Midwestern
Unconventional Sports
Association,
was established in the fall of 2000, in Milwaukee, WI, with
the goal of bringing together people in
sports which really can not be taken too seriously.
The
lager induced inception of MUSA
brought about the inaugural season of coed adult
kickball.
Which, initially, took 6 teams of over 100 strong back to the
beloved childhood game.
Now over 250 teams, 4000+ participants in six cities and two
states participate.
At
this time, kickball stands as the cornerstone of the organization.
However, members are encouraged to make suggestions a reality.
From Atari 2600 tournaments to
Dodgeball
(aka Bombardment) to the Bigwheel
500 and new the Winter of 2002,
MUSA
Co-ed Soccer teams, we can all
find something that intrigues us.
We
don't stop playing because we are old;
we grow old because we stop playing!
